Requirements:

Accounting Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
● Timely preparation of customer invoices in accordance with the billing process and procedures.
● .Emailing daily invoices.
● Validating backup documents related to billing such as Purchase Orders (POs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), scale tickets, freight paperwork, etc. against the order.
● Data Entry.
● Managing rejected invoices from customers.
● Reviewing the billing email daily.
● Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with all team members.
● Working with customers to answer billing-related questions.
Our Ideal Candidate will have…
● A high school diploma or GED.
● Experience using Microsoft Suite.
● Experience with McLeod Software is a huge plus.

Track and Trace Specialist
Logan Premium seeks a Track and Trace Specialist to join our growing team in Skopje. You’ll be working closely with our Operations Manager to communicate with drivers directly, ensure all loads are tracking correctly for on-time pick up and delivery, next scheduled calls are set accurately, and all loads are being tracked electronically via macro point.

Responsibilities:
● Oversee all shipments in transit and confirm all drivers are tracking via Macropoint.
● Communicate directly with the driver to ensure on-time pickup and delivery from the point of dispatch through final delivery.
● Work closely with Customer and Carrier Sales to communicate any bounces or in-transit issues as they arise.
● Keep all shipments updated in McLeod with notes and next scheduled calls.
Qualifications:
● Freight brokerage experience is preferred but not required.
● Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
● Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
